September Drive-2-Dine

Twenty MBCA members and guests gathered at Gus’s Drive-Inn on an absolutely beautiful Saturday for this popular Drive-2-Dine.
The official start time was 12:00 noon, but folks started arriving before 11:00am.
It was great to see new faces and long-time members alike, including some folks that we haven’t seen in a while. The conversations and camaraderie started immediately as folks visited and admired each other’s beautiful cars.
Everyone enjoyed a great lunch; most taking advantage of the weather and sitting outside.
Some folks headed out early, but others stayed and the conversations, fellowship and Gemütlichkeit continued well after lunch. As the event wound-down members wished each other a safe drive and hopes of seeing each other at future events. What a great way to spend a Saturday in early September.
Many thanks to Bernd & Chris Kampe for arranging the event, but unfortunately could only join us for a cameo appearance due to recovering from Covid.
